„Wild Poland. Natural heritage of Europe" is a project that aims to present beauty and diversity of wild Polish nature and arouse interest in its conservation.

Wilderness is normally associated with tropical rainforests, vast savannas and the animal world of Africa, Asia or the Americas. Few of us know that exceptionally rich and interesting natural sites have also been preserved in Europe. Pristine forests, rivers following their natural course, remote wetlands or rare animal and plant species are usually less well-known than historical buildings or works of art, though their real value is greater. Now they are relics of this golden age, surviving only in isolated places which are, as yet, untouched by civilization.

Many of these unique natural treasures have been preserved in Poland and its neighbouring countries in Central and Eastern Europe. Wild nature is one of the most valuable resources which Poland has contributed acceding to the European Union. At present Polish nature is also the heritage of all Europe.

Polish nature in cities of all Europe!
„Wild Poland. Natural heritage of Europe" is the international project whose main element is an exhibition of large format nature photography. As of 2010, we wish to present our exhibition in large cities of Continental Europe. If this project appeals to you, please help us organise the next editions. We invite companies, organisations, institutions and all interested individuals to cooperate with us.
